1998' BMW 5 Series 523I

I have a decent car for my son, who bought the car for himself but is currently on a foreign contract and asked me to sell the car.
The car came to Poland as you can see, it did not have any bodywork/paint repairs. My son gave the car to a mechanic who repaired and replaced the things that required it. It definitely has a new battery.
The car has gas installed in Germany. In Poland, this is not included in the ID card because Polish homologation is required. My son was supposed to do it before the next inspection, but he didn't make it.
