invites persons willing to submit offers for the purchase of movable property for the highest price
offered, but not lower than the estimated price, which is PLN 40,200.00 (forty
one thousand two hundred zlotys 00/100) i.e .:

Written offers may be submitted in a sealed envelope with the note: "No.
open. Offer for the purchase of a car - reference number act VIII GUp 160/21) ”by the way
by post to the following address: Kancelaria Syndyka Beata Waboł, ul. Wesoła 59, 16-400
Suwałki by January 18, 2022, by 15:00 (date decides
receipt of the offer to the office).
2.
A written offer should be submitted on the constitutive offer form
an attachment to this notice published on the website
kept by the receiver: www.syndyk.suwalki.pl in the tab "advertisements
receiver ".
3.
A deposit should be made in the amount of PLN 4,000.00 (four thousand zlotys
00/100) until 17 January 2022 to the bankruptcy estate's account: the Law Firm

the date of payment is the date of crediting the mass account. The offer must be attached
confirmation of deposit payment.

The tender guarantee lodged by the tenderers whose offers will not be selected,
shall be returned (without interest) no later than one week from the date of the settlement
tender competition, and the bid security paid by the tenderer whose offer has been submitted
selected, will be retained to secure the sale.
5.
The inspection of the movable property was scheduled for January 11, 2022
time. 10:00 after prior arrangement of details by phone.

weekdays from from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
7.
The opening of tenders will take place on January 19, 2022 at 10:00. About the choice
the most advantageous offer will be notified to the tenderers.
8.
The official receiver reserves the right to cancel the tender competition without giving reasons.
9.
The sale by the receiver in bankruptcy proceedings has effects
an enforcement sale, ie that the person who acquires the thing becomes
owner of the property without any encumbrances, but also not entitled to it
right under the warranty for defects in things.
