2008' BMW X3 2.0D

Good morning
I have a BMW X3 E83 with a 2.0 Diesel engine for sale. The car comes from a Polish showroom. I am its second owner. Most of its life it was serviced at the dealership. Even the timing was done at the authorized dealership with a mileage of 165,000. Additional things that were done included the air conditioning radiator replaced in the summer - it cools elegantly. Replaced pulley with belt and starter. Before New Year's Eve, an inspection was done (everything is as it should be) and a new battery was purchased.
Third party liability insurance is valid until May. The car has original paint, which I checked with a paint meter when purchasing it and it is still there. The only place that was painted was under the left rear lamp - there was a small scab and the previous owner removed it.
Panoramic roof cleared. The rear doors are also sealed with a mat (this is a problem with this model).
The car looks really good. There are minimal traces of use inside. Leather in excellent condition. There are almost no abrasions.
Currently, the car is on winter wheels with almost new tires (after 1 season), visible in the last photos. Additionally, it has a set of rims with summer tires visible in the first photos.
