I am the second owner. I bought it from a dealer from the Sonic group in Florida on 11/11/2016, the car was left in the settlement for the new X5. He was then 55.xx miles.

With me for almost 5.5 years, a lot of things were mentioned. I am a lover of the brand and this era of BMW. Everything was replaced preventively before it broke, all the problems E53 / E39 / E38 that occurred here. Please have a look at excel schedules and photos of invoices from the USA and Poland. The car is fully operational, the engine runs quietly and has the right power, the gearbox works fairly well, as for the 5L40e, it does not drag, it does not stick to the gears. Liquids and filter in the box made right after purchase and then about 90 thousand miles. The first owner was a former family of so-called (Snowbirds) who came to the west coast of Florida every six months and stayed in the winter. The car is practically garaged throughout its life, in Florida, in NYC, in Poland.

Cooling system replaced the second time. The front and rear suspension were also replaced during my tenure. In April, the front was replaced again (4x wishbones, 4x drazki, covers, 2x pins, 2x all Lemforder). Everything that went to the car only OE / OEM. All fluids, oils in the car are Liqui Moly or original. The car runs on the 5W40 Leichtlauf from almost the very beginning. Oil changes from 3-5 thousand miles, no refills between changes. Brakes new set, front, rear pads, everything was changed once before. Invoices / Receipts for inspection, nothing has been spared here at all when it comes to Maintenance and Repairs. New Michelin CrossClimate SUV tires. Coils, candles, water pumps, hoses, brake lines, filters, fluids, seals, wipers, lambda probes, oil separator, too many things to mention in the description. The car came to Poland for relocation property in 2019, and has since been registered and insured in Poland. One had a key my fault. Not fortunately the neighbor stopped at the traffic lights at the last moment, I got stuck and I caught him with the left front. The left fender was replaced, plastic in the wheel arch, I bought new lamps at the front from Valeo, the mask was repaired and painted, the bumper was painted and the fender. The airbags did not fire, the car was running without a problem. The video was even recorded on the webcam so you can see it in the folder below. The meeting was ok, nothing was disturbed. For this reason, I got the Salvage Title in the USA, but I fixed it there, I drove it and then came to Poland for property.

The car is not perfect. Wife recently rubbed the left rear gently leaving the garage. A few small scratches or dents will be found, in the end he is 16 years old. But it looks great, it drives very well. Getting inside this feeling is like putting on my favorite jeans that fit better than others, these cars are simply great, lovers of these years appreciate it, easy to repair and fairly easy to handle. Pixels all work, as sometimes it is below 10c, the radio shows the lack of a few but when the temperature returns to above 0, there are no problems. From the last 2 years, every 1500-2500 miles after refueling sometimes CEL with the code that B2 is Lean. The parameters of the probes are ok, they were also exchanged, the engine work is at the new level, the idle corrections are negligible. I noticed that it usually happens when I refuel on ORLEN 98 where the backside is probably who is buying it. The car runs in Poland only on 98 fuels, in the USA it runs only on Shell V Power. For the last year I have seen the code for DMTL 2x so maybe a DMTL pump to replace sometime.

With other shortcomings, it has Original Bluetooth, it works great but every 3-4 months it freezes and the phone sometimes does not connect, just pull the fuse in the right back and put it back and continue to flash. Fucks you can live with.

A lot of love went into the car and a lot of money, what to feel for the steering wheel and while driving. I would love to see you go in good hands.
