ABOUT THE SALE OF MOBILE PROPERTIES FROM A FREE HAND
The receiver of the bankruptcy estate of a person not conducting business activity, Olga WIECZOREK, offers for sale - a FORD MONDEO passenger car, year 2011, for a price not lower than PLN 20,000.00 plus VAT in the event of its occurrence.
TERMS OF SALE:
1. Written offers with the price, full details of the buyer, the subject of the offer above and a declaration that the tenderer has familiarized himself with the factual and legal status of the movable property should be submitted to the trustee's office in Częstochowa (42-200) at ul. Dąbrowskiego 52/1, or by e-mail to the following address: syndyk.pelka@gmail.com
2. buyer will be responsible for all costs, including taxes and other selling costs;
3. the price will be paid in full in Polish zlotys to the bankruptcy estate's account prior to the conclusion of the sale contract. The sales contract will be concluded immediately;
4. The subject of sale can be viewed after prior appointment at tel. +48 886 944 432. Persons interested in the purchase will obtain more information on the terms and conditions and procedure of sale at the trustee's office in Częstochowa (42-200) at ul. Wały Dwernickiego 117/121 room 315
5. the receiver reserves the right to withdraw from the sale at any time without giving any reason.
