Seller's comments about 2007' Hyundai Getz

It is a simple, graceful and solid design. The 1.4-liter, 97-horsepower petrol engine provides more than enough power needed in the city and is also capable of driving on the highway. At higher revs, it provides quite decent dynamics, but is not excessively fuel-consuming (approx. 6 l/100 km in mixed mode). The brakes working with ABS allow you to quickly reduce speed, while the quite stiff suspension and quite precise (for this class) steering system make driving this small hatchback around tight curves a pure pleasure. Despite its small size, the car is spacious, and its interior provides comfortable travel conditions for four adults. After folding the rear seats, we gain a really large cargo space. In 2024, the chassis was thoroughly overhauled, including the front suspension. In spring 2025, the vehicle was equipped with all-season Kleber tires. There is a Mio MiVue C380 front/rear recorder and a Sony radio CD player on board. Of course, the car shows traces of use which do not significantly affect the comfort of the trip: 1. Body – small dent above the left rear reflector, protected with car putty (photo) – small dent under the line of the left rear door (effect of incorrect location of the lift) (photo) – superficial paint scratches in several places – jammed trunk lid handle – weak pneumatic supports for the trunk lid (the lid falls easily)2. Interior - damage to the carpet between the driver's seat and pedals (photo) - driver's door upholstery peeling off (photo) - scratched nameplate in the driver's door recess (photo) - minor crack in the steering wheel surface (cover installed) Other comments: - In 2011, the car was stolen and then abandoned. During this incident, he was involved in an accident that required bodywork intervention (slightly damaged front, repaired without a trace) - the alarm was dismantled, which sometimes caused faults resulting in immobilization of the vehicle. The central locking is currently operated with a key (in the driver's door). - sometimes the third gear engages with a grinding noise.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I have a great sentimental connection with the car, but economic factors were decisive: the family budget will not support two cars, of which the Hyundai (being the older one) was chosen for sale.
