Daimler XJ40 from 1994
Car from a Polish showroom, and the first owner was the founder of the ITI group, Mr. Mariusz Walter, then the car had 2 owners and has been owned by our client since 2012 (4th owner from new)
Daimler has gas installations with current homologation, the center is in good condition, but with minor defects to be supplemented or repaired. Technically overhauled car. Externally, after bodywork and paintwork in 2020, but unfortunately workshop shortcomings can be seen in places.
As befits the English automotive industry, the car needs a patient and loving new owner who will take care of it, because the previous owner treated it that way. The car has been garaged for the last 12 years.
XJ has several shortcomings as:
- Falling headliner at the back
- incorrectly working air conditioning system (sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't)
- rims for renovation (2 caps missing)
- in places on the tailgate corrosion at the bottom of the tailgate
- a chip on the windshield
- decors for partial renovation
From the pluses of Daimler:
- complete with a cool story
- in autumn 2021, the complete timing belt and fuel and brake lines, handbrake mechanism, rear wheel crosses (drive), high voltage wires, spark plugs, ignition device, new gas cylinder were replaced
The car can be viewed in Gdynia after prior telephone contact, sale on the basis of a VAT invoice, the buyer is exempt from 2% stamp duty
