2005' Jeep Grand Cherokee

Jeep Grand Cherokee with Wiadra Driver drive, limited version 4.7 with gas installation for sale. American model, WK version. Car in my hands since 2020. The gas control module was replaced with a Stag V8, the coolant hoses to the reducer, the coolant pump, and the power steering pump were rebuilt. A year ago, new hubs with bearings, new pins, new tie rod ends + alignment, new joints. 3 months ago I changed the oil and e-filter of the gearbox, installed new spark plugs and two coils. There is a new cross in the front shaft. A year ago, new rear pads were installed and a set of brake caliper seals was replaced. The battery is two years old. Regenerated servo for electric pedal position adjustment. The engine warmed up once - it did not overheat - the heater has been replaced/it has leaked due to pressure. Currently, there is a small brake fluid leak from time to time somewhere - it has not been diagnosed where yet. The previous owner ordered new upholstery on the seats, rear seat, steering wheel and gear lever - the interior is beautiful. Car with Bridgestone blizzak LM 005 winter tires, size 245/65 r17, purchased in October 2023/under warranty. The oil in the engine and filter is changed every 9,600 km, and in the gearbox every 40,000 km. Unfortunately, the car has a lot of corrosion on the chassis - the inner sills and rear wheel arches need to be replaced. I don't know about the internal thresholds, but they probably need to be done as well. The fuel tank cover is corroded and needs to be replaced. The fuel pump does not work very well - a strange phenomenon occurs when the engine is cold and concerns starting. Later it works fine. Two front fenders need to be replaced (added to the car). There was abrasion on both sides, a worn side on the left side, only paint. The right rear door is damaged, needs to be replaced - it comes with a used car, in very good condition, complete, without a window sill. The headlights need to be replaced, they have abrasions. The radio works, but it doesn't play discs.
The car was regularly serviced and all faults removed. It was driven by a non-smoker. It has been the second car in the family for a month and we drive it once or twice a week, so I don't plan any repairs. I am offering the car at a heavily reduced price due to its shortcomings, negotiable.
