year - the date of receipt of the offer by the Office of Syndics is decisive

The offer, under pain of rejection, should contain:

a) The exact name of the bidder: name and surname or company name of the bidder,
tenderer's home address / registration address, tenderer's legal form and number
KRS, REGON, NIP (depending on the legal form of the bidder), and in the case of a person
physical PESEL number.

b) Current (not older than 3 months) excerpt from the National Court Register, CEIDG or others
registers (depending on the legal form of the tenderer) and in the case of a person
a physical copy of your current ID card or passport.

c) The offered net purchase price, the offered price should be expressed
in terms of amounts and words and may not be lower than the starting price, i.e. PLN 94,200
net, but in the event of price discrepancies, the decisive factor is the price expressed in words.

d) A statement that the tenderer is familiar with the facts, i.e. the state
technical, utility, legal and equipment of the vehicle and does not make any claims about it
no objections.

e) The signature of the natural person who is the bidder or the signatures of persons authorized to
representation of the tenderer who is not a natural person in the offer and all
statements.

f) The exact designation of the subject of the offer (brand, model and registration number)
vehicle).

g) Contact telephone number and email address.

If more than one offer that meets the conditions of sale is submitted,
The receiver (or a person authorized by him) will conduct the auction with
means of distance communication. Auction rules will be sent
by e-mail to those interested.

The tenderer is obliged to pay the full sale price before signing the contract
only by transfer to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate, at the latest by
the end of the day preceding the conclusion of the sales contract.

A sale made in bankruptcy proceedings has the effect of a sale
enforcement proceedings. Provisions on sales in enforcement proceedings
are governed by Art. 864 et seq. of the Code of Civil Procedure. This
the announcement is only commercial information and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of
