Kia Rio from 2006 for sale with a reliable and economical 1.5 CRDi (16V) diesel engine. The car has been in the family for about 7 years and is in constant, everyday use - it serves as a trouble-free commute to work. Year of production: 2006 Mileage: 311,000 km Engine: 1.5 CRDi Status: In everyday use, it always starts, it has never failed on the road. Equipment: - Electric windows (front and rear - all 4) - Electric adjustment of side mirrors - Heated side mirrors - ABS - ESP - Driver and passenger airbag - Power steering - Heated rear window - Central locking - Air conditioning (manual - for repair, details below) - Free: Second set of wheels - winter, included in the price of the car! Full transparency - what can be done? I respect your time and mine, so I have no intention of hiding anything or "preparing" the car for sale. The car is old and mileage-wise, so a few things require the attention of a mechanic or a DIY enthusiast: Air conditioning: Currently, the air conditioning compressor is leaking - the system requires repair/replacement of the compressor to enjoy the cool air. Morning start-up (valve seals): After a longer stop (e.g. in the morning), when starting the car, the car revs slightly for about 10 seconds and emits a temporary blue smoke. Valve seals most likely need to be replaced. Important: this issue has been going on for about 3 years, it is not progressing in any way and does not affect everyday driving or starting in frost. The engine has power and runs smoothly after this short moment. Valve cover gasket: It is worth replacing it, e.g. when replacing valve seals at the next service, because oil seeps there classically with such mileage. Body condition: There are visible flaws in the bodywork and paintwork, commensurate with the age, especially in the right front fender there is a dent, the rear left door has quite significant corrosion, the front hood also has visible corrosion and has a few smaller dents (most can be seen in the attached photos, without powdering). If I remember correctly, the rear right brake has a weaker braking effect, information from the inspection.
