A car for a VIP customer.
UNIQUE, collector's condition, almost a salon, in PEARL color.
It is a Lexus based on the Toyota Solara SLE V6 Convertible. In the USA, the full Lexus Styling Package available there was purchased and installed, along with all the details and nuances of equipment, technical and finishing as well as audio. It has a Lexus engine and gearbox and many other Lexus components.
It is a comfortable spacious convertible in Blizzard Pearl (not white, it is a pearl color), leather upholstery and an Ivory roof, with a large trunk.
A convertible the size of a large limousine, with the usual amount of space for passengers in the rear seat.
THE AUTO IN MY HANDS FOR 13 YEARS.
Registered in Poland since 2008.
It was purchased as new at a US showroom in Knoxville, Tennessee. I am the second owner in its history, an American citizen, in 2008 the convertible was brought to Poland for relocation property.
Anticipating the assumptions or questions whether the car was after some massacres in the USA, pulled out from under a truck, etc. - the car was brought for itself, for years, to travel with the family, so there is probably no need to add more here. I am 13 years old (!).
In general, the convertible was not imported as a car for everyday driving, it was / is used mainly for summer / spring / early autumn trips out of town and around the country. The car fulfilled / fulfills the role of a passion, adventure, used for relaxation, holiday, during this time mostly garaged in a heated garage. Pedantically maintained, cared for and serviced.
ACCIDENT-FREE CAR. I have them for 13 years, during this time, apart from the parking wipers, which could be almost completely polished, they did not take part in any collisions (!). You can check it freely.
IN THE LAST YEARS I INVESTED APPROXIMATELY PLN 30,000 IN THE CAR.
As this car carries, among others, Young Couples to the wedding, for aesthetic reasons (over time, there were some light parking rubs, and some padding of inattentive neighbors with doors in the garage places of the apartment building), in the spring of 2016 it was given a new paint coating, it was left fully varnished, in one of the best paint shops. Of course, it was painted in the same number of paint in which it came from the factory, and it is a pearl color, by Toyota Lexus called Blizzard Pearl, which has the effect of a sea shell (it is a four-layer paint [!]).
Then it received new xenon headlights, which were purchased from Toyota AMX, i.e. an authorized Toyota Lexus dealer, and a new varnish coating was given to the rims, which were dealt with by one of the best companies in this topic, using system varnishes, in accordance with the technology of factory varnishing of rims.
With a mileage of 111,500 miles (about 15,000 km ago), a large service was performed - replacement of the complete timing and multi-ribbed belts, comprehensive replacement of the required suspension components, spark plugs, brake pads, coolant (all on original parts), wheel balancing, geometry adjustment , installed dedicated Denso hybrid wiper blades, etc.
The car has almost new tires, original Lexus battery.
Leather upholstery and roof cared for and impregnated with specialist English preparations.
Since then, the car, to keep it in perfect condition, has been garaged in a single private garage. During these 5 years, I do not know if it has traveled 5,000 km. Rather a lot less.
On April 6, 2021, the roof was professionally washed and impregnated in the detailing salon.
