II. Tender conditions
1. Getting acquainted with the Tender Regulations.
2. Submission of a written offer with the required declarations in a sealed envelope with the inscription "TENDER - MAZDA 3" at the Trustee's Office in Radom (26-610), at ul. K. Kelles-Krauza 13 lok. U7, by February 14, 2022, by 15:00.
3. Payment of the bid bond in the amount of 10% of the starting price to the bank account of Dariusz Poneta in bankruptcy, ul. Katowicka 15/71, 26-600 Radom, No. 55 2490 0005 0000 4000 7609 8461, until February 14, 2022.
III. Additional information
The commission opening and examination of the bids will take place on February 15, 2022 at 10:00 am at the Trustee's Office.
