Good mechanical condition.
No leaks, smoke or other defects.
All repairs and replacements are carried out on a regular basis.
Recently:
Bilstein shock absorbers and suspension bushings.
Original timing last year,
new brakes discs and pads front plus rear a month ago (ATE set)
Two sets of tires. Winter on nibs and summer 2 seasons on aluminum.
No hidden defects.
I sell because it is standing and rusting.
