2004' Mercedes-Benz CLK

Hi, I am selling my merc as is.
- 2004
- 216 thousand mileage
- automatic 2.7 diesel
- equipment as in the pictures
I imported the car from Germany last year, it had a mileage of 178,000. the condition from the outside can be seen in the pictures, the rear bumper is broken and the rear quarter is wiped clean. Mechanically, until recently, he drove nice, but recently the check popped up and does not want to go above 2,000 revolutions (I talked to the mechanic, most likely it is the gearbox. There is a good chance that it is enough to change the oil and it will be fine). The engine is sweating too. The damper does not work from the equipment (I changed it and did not connect the cube, you have to remove the podsifutke and reconnect it. After connecting it, it works for a short time), the passenger belt feeder does not extend and the passenger window does not lower when the door is opened. Other than that, everything works.
I have nothing to hide, but I don't feel like the onlookers coming and whining.
I think it can be a great base for someone who has time and willingness to handle this crap, I already have another car and I don't have time to handle it.
As for the exchange, it's only a gas car, but I'm rather reluctant to do it.
I am realistically able to lower the price for repairs.
I am open to suggestions.
