2006' Opel Corsa C

Hello,
I have for sale an Opel Corsa C 1.2 petrol / lpg engine.
A car in a double van - e.g. full VAT can be deducted from fuel.
The car was produced in 2006. First registration 23.02.2007.
Two years ago, the replacement cylinder, its validity expires only in 2029.
In June 2018. replaced ACW01 injection rail.
The car has long fees:
- Civil liability insurance until 02/16/2022
-Technical inspection until 10/03/2022
The car is well equipped, including central locking controlled by a remote control, electric windows, power steering, radio.
Additionally, the car is equipped with a fire extinguisher, triangle, jack, full-size spare wheel.
Now about the shortcomings of the car:
The body is healthy, but for paint corrections.
Water gets into the engine oil, found after the presence of the so-called mayonnaise under the oil filler cap, probably to replace the head gasket or to replace the entire engine.
Another thing is the mileage of the car. The car was purchased by us in 2018 with a mileage of 210 thousand. km, however, as it turned out later, in 2014. year had a recorded mileage of 226 thousand. km, and a year later in 2015 only 167 thousand. km.
I do not know what was the reason for the change of the counter readings, I suspect that the engine or the car computer was replaced, although I do not have any documentation for this. So I am already informing the future buyer about this fact, so that there are no inaccuracies later.
