2006' Peugeot 307

Good morning,
Peugeot for sale as in the photos. I approach the matter honestly and immediately write down a list of things that require expenditure and contribute to the low price. Everyone knows the advantages (trunk capacity, load capacity, spaciousness and economy of HDI engines). Below is a list of disadvantages:
MUST-DO:
-Oil leak from the engine (needs to be sealed)
OPTIONAL:
- Repair of the sunroof (it is exposed and cannot be closed properly).
-When opened, the windshield on the driver's side is difficult to close again
-The steering wheel is a bit hard to move (I assume it's low pressure in the power steering system).
-Minor abrasions and paint scratches on the rear bumper
The car is imported from Denmark. In October 2017, it had 187,000 miles on it (of course, this can be considered a fairy tale, as with all imported cars). I was also doing the timing then. So it should last a while longer.
