1. The subject of the tender is a truck up to 3.5 t, Renault Kangoo dCi MR 03 E3 1.9 T van, registration number PKS 8T92, VIN VF1FC074F35422407, year of production 2006, capacity. 1461 cc, engine power 65 HP
2. The movable property covered by the tender can be inspected after making an appointment by calling 573 424 336
3. The starting price for the subject of the tender is PLN 1,200.00 (in words: one thousand two hundred zlotys 00/100) NET.
4. This offer is only an extract from the terms of sale. Detailed information about the subject of the tender and the detailed conditions of the tender, including the formal requirements of the offer, the method of paying the deposit and other conditions of sale of the enterprise are available from the Receiver (Pretium Sp. z o. o. based in Poznań). 5. The sales price of the item of sale finally determined on the basis of the Conditions will be increased by the applicable VAT tax in the amount of 23%.
6. The condition for participation in the sales process is the payment of a deposit in the amount of PLN 1,000.00, which should be paid by transfer to the account of the bankruptcy estate no. 38 1050 1520 1000 0090 3113 2666. The title of the transfer should indicate "Deposit in the tender of movable property XI GUp 925/21 ". The deposit must be paid no later than the last day of the deadline for submitting offers, and the actual day on which the deposit amount is credited to the account is counted.
7. Offers should be submitted by registered mail to the address of the Receiver's Office: Pretium sp. z o.o. street Obornicka 330, 60-689 Poznań. Offers are considered submitted on time if they are received by the Receiver's Office by November 6, 2023 inclusive (the date of receipt to the Receiver's Office is decisive). An offer submitted after the deadline or not meeting the Conditions will not be considered. The offer should be placed in a closed envelope, which should be placed in another larger envelope. Each envelope should contain the note "DO NOT OPEN, offer for the purchase of movable property, reference no. act XI GUp 925/21”.
8. The offers will be opened on November 8, 2023 at 12:00 at the Receiver's office: ul. Obornicka 330, 60-689 Poznań. Bidders may participate in the opening of offers in person at the Receiver's office. If only one offer is received that meets the Conditions in relation to a given item of sale, the Trustee selects this offeror as the buyer.
9. If more than one offer is received that meets the Conditions in relation to a given item of sale, the Trustee will conduct an auction to select the most advantageous offer. The trustee will only inform bidders electronically about the date of the auction, unless it is possible to conduct the auction on the opening day
