Renault Scenic II 1.6 16v petrol

Mileage about 145,000 km
I am the first owner in Poland.
A car bought in February 2020 (I bought it in Poland, imported from France).
The car is used on a daily basis, so it is not clean. Parked in a closed area.
The car includes:
- vehicle card
- documents from the initial inspection (where the mileage is given)
- invoice of purchase from a commission shop in Poland (I leave a copy to the new owner)
- two cards (keys)
- documentation for several current repairs described below (I do not have receipts from all of them)
What was mentioned:
1. Timing set (2 thousand km traveled)
2. Variable valve timing wheel (traveled 2,000 km)
3. Front pads traveled 300km (the rear is in good condition)
4. New starter (300km driven)
5. Valve cover gasket (traveled 2,000 km)
6. Brake fluid, coolant (driven 2,000 km)
7. New all-season tires (purchased a year ago)
8. Rear parking sensors have been installed
9. Oil in the gearbox (driven 150km)
10. Air conditioning repair (radiator and tubes) - 3,000 km traveled
The car passed the inspection in November (November 2021) without any complaints.
OC purchased by February 2023.
What should be done:
1. There are traces of oil, although there are no losses (these may be old traces, the valve cover gasket has been replaced, but you need to watch it)
2. Only the 4th heating step does not work (damaged resistor, the cost of this miracle is small, but I did not need it)
3. The cover underneath must be screwed on (you can hear that it is rubbing on the sills)
The technical condition known to me has been honestly presented, of course, it is possible to check the car in any service (on your own, i.e. at your own expense)
