The receiver of the bankruptcy estate in bankruptcy proceedings of a natural person not conducting business activity will sell a Seat Ibiza passenger car by written tender, year of production 2014, registration no. KN 76906, gasoline.

The starting price is PLN 18,000.00

Written offers should be submitted by 10 December 2021 to the address of the bankruptcy trustee's office: J. Supniewskiego 11, 31-527 Kraków (the date of receipt is decisive) in closed envelopes described under "tender VIII GUp 976/20".
The criterion determining the selection of the bidder is the price - the bid with the highest price will be considered.
The official receiver reserves the right to cancel the tender for formal and legal reasons at every stage.
