2009' Skoda Octavia

I am offering a 2009 Skoda Octavia II station wagon for sale. First registration 11/2009.
I am the third owner - the car has been in the family since 2013.
Ambiente version, air conditioning, manual gearbox (6 gears), 140 HP engine.
The car has a set of summer tires (aluminum rims), I am including a set of winter tires (date of purchase: October 2021) on steel rims.
Repairs are carried out on an ongoing basis, since 2018 I have kept a list of all repairs and replacements performed, including:
turbine, radiator, timing belt, suspension elements - I can provide the list (with dates) by e-mail for those interested.
Currently, the bulb indicator is on (even though all lights are on).
The air conditioning works ok in terms of cooling - not in terms of heating, according to the information from the mechanic: it is necessary to replace "one of the air intake motors". - the fault was removed on October 20, 2023.
The exterior of the car has elements covered with rust and scratches visible in the photos. The inside is clean and pleasant (there was no smoking inside).
