2003' Suzuki Grand Vitara

I have for sale a Suzuki Grand Vitara 1.6 with a power of 94 hp. The car needs repairs, so I am offering it at a discounted price.
Fault list:
-Oil leakage from the rear crankshaft seal and gearbox seal.
-Corrosion on the frame and suspension on the left side.
- Errors P0100 and P0135 detected by the diagnostic computer.
-No code for original radio.
-Knuckle pins and stabilizer links need to be replaced.
The estimated cost of repairs is PLN 10,000, hence the price is well below the market price.
The condition of the body and interior as in the picture.
The first owner was an elderly woman in Germany, the car was brought to Poland on January 15, 2020 and here it also did a few kilometers from here.
