1998' Volkswagen New Beetle 1.9 Tdi

For sale VW NEW BEETLE 1.9 TDI - 105 HP - USA version
The car was imported from Germany in 2010, in my hands since 2019. A dream from high school ;) - it drives like a Golf 4, but there is more space inside.
During this time, it has been in constant use, all services were carried out on time and repairs were carried out on an ongoing basis, so that there was no need to return to these issues.
repair/improvement log:
05/2019 brakes (discs, pads, pressure regeneration),
07/2019 timing belt (complete - rollers, belt, water pump), air conditioning service (odometer reading - approx. 210,000 km)
10/2019 chip tuning from 90km to 105km
12/2019 installation of reversing sensors, replacement of rear speakers
05/2020 suspension (rear full arm bushings, stabilizer links, stabilizer support rubbers, steering rod ends, lower pins, engine mount + alignment
03/2022 battery
04/2022 installation of a detachable hook (used max. 10 times for a light trailer)
07/2022 replacement of headliner upholstery
01/2023 replacement of tailgate telescopes
09/2023 steering gear complete, left axle shaft complete + alignment
.... of course, basic services, i.e. oil + filter, air filter, cabin filter, fuel filter - every 10,000/km
- Inspection and third party liability insurance until 06/2024

It is a very lively and reliable car for everyday driving with considerable power and a reliable and economical engine in a nice, rare version and in good/fair condition. It's probably not ideal, but considering the year and versions it may be an interesting idea even for an oldtimer.
