2011' Volvo Xc 60 D3 Momentum

I am selling a Volvo XC60 D3 Momentum 2011.
Sells as a private person. I have been using the car as a family car for 5 years. The car is in very good condition, both technically and visually, serviced on an ongoing basis (all repairs supported by the service book and invoices).
The car is garaged (garage hall).
A full oil service was performed in September. At the beginning of November, the car passed a technical inspection.
The car is sold with a one-year set of Good Year Effective Grip 2 V108 summer tires (number 1 in the rankings).
The car was bought from a dealer 5 years ago - origin: Italy.
During my use, the car had two minor incidents. In both cases, only the car's body was damaged - mechanically, the original car. Everything is documented photographically and supported by repair invoices. All repairs were carried out at an authorized Volvo service center using original parts - all information is available to the potential buyer.
A family car used to transport children, always in good working order and subsidized.
