Liverpool resident Neil Junglas had enough; enough of complete strangers parking their cars on the street directly outside of his house, and then going on vacation. You see, these people are too cheap to pay for airport parking and because of this, Junglas no longer had a place to park his own car on a street with already limited parking. It can be an unfortunate thing when one lives so close to an airport.
According to the Liverpool Echo, Junglas finally decided it was time to do something about this trend when one night, as he was making dinner for his daughter, he noticed a couple park their Skoda outside his home, and then hop into a cab with their suitcases. I thought it was cheeky leaving the car there so thought I'd leave them a nice surprise for when they go back." Unfortunately for them, Junglas works at Costco. "I work at Costco so I went and bought a big roll of cling-film from there." In America, cling-film is known as plastic wrap, FYI. Junglas then wrapped the Skoda entirely in plastic, telling the Echo his move has received lots of local attention.
People have even stopped just to take photos. Even the police came by to see what was up, but they couldn't do anything because the Skoda wasn't illegally parked. Its owners were just inconsiderate assholes, which isn't a crime. But hey, at least they'll be inconvenienced upon their return. Doubtful Junglas will lone them a pair of scissors.
