Kubica hasn't been in an F1 car since he had a serious crash during a rally race in 2011. That crash left him with limited movement in his right arm, and ended his time in F1.
However, he was able to continue with rally racing, and according to Autosport, will even race full time in this year's World Endurance Championship. The motorsports outlet also reports that he was offered a Formula 1 test seat, but he turned it down because he didn't feel like he could perform well enough.
That's not the case anymore. He told Autosport he's now ready and willing to do F1 testing for anyone that would give him a chance. He admitted some limitations, though. He said he could handle about 80 percent of the current tracks, and he definitely isn't able to handle a full race weekend that the competing drivers would do.
