2001' BMW 5 Series

I have a BMW 530d for sale. with 3.0 engine, new battery and alternator.
The car does not have a current MOT. There is a slight power consumption in it when the car is turned off and not used (as if one light was on). As a result, after 5 days without driving, the battery needs to be recharged. The problem does not occur if you drive regularly or every 2-3 days. This is not the fault of the battery or alternator, which have been replaced and are new in the car.
There are traces of rust on the bodywork.
The car is mechanically sound, but I don't drive it due to lack of MOT.
Raised one side of the suspension electrically adjustable. Once the battery is reconnected, everything will be back to normal.
