Seller's comments about 2009' Honda CR-V 2.0 Elegance

Hello! I am selling a Honda CR-V from 2009, first registration 2010, in my possession since ~10/2020 and mileage ~220,000 km. I am the 3rd owner, the car was bought at a showroom in Poland. 2 previous owners were a family. Parking sensors were installed at the dealership, there is a front switch. The car has a ~1.5-year-old Yuasa battery and the best Michelin Cross Climate 2 all-season tires with DOT 1123, installed in November 2023 - max. 12k kilometers on them. (price about PLN 3,000 including installation). The car is re-invested every year oil change performed regardless of mileage, details of service history available here: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1frrOseIcRMtBqfYM1QSMZQkEVnzdBcU5Adventures:* the right headlight was replaced for previous owners - that's why it is in better condition than the left one* the windshield was replaced - stone - previous owners* there was parking damage at the front and rear - done at the authorized service center, front bumper / rear, fenders* right front door replaced with a new one in the same color - parking damage already during my term - my cousin crashed into my house* damage from auto insurance for hail, FV ~ PLN 6,600 PDR removal (without painting) in the link above (Autoblachen in Gdów he did it)What is missing from perfection:* the left front lamp is in worse condition than the right one, you can try replacing or regenerating* the left rear lamp is broken, probably due to hail damage - I didn't notice it - for now it's covered with a patch for the headlights* the chrome on the badge on the steering wheel has come off, the badge costs PLN 20-50 on Allegro* the paint should be polished and touched up* once in a while when starting I can feel that the pressure needs to be replaced - the mechanic still thinks I'm blind - he told me to drive until he can do it diagnose - it has been the same for a year, you will probably have to do it immediately with the clutch in about a year or even two years* "This type has it" - like every Honda, it consumes some oil, about 0.2-0.3l per 1000 km Service history:* regeneration of the steering rack + rod ends - apparently a frequent failure, 2-year warranty - it was shaking like the suspension, it turned out to be the steering rack, as that it was a safety issue, I did it before selling* replacing the exhaust system with muffler* changing the gearbox oil twice during my term* oil and filters every year regardless of mileage* details: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/ 0/folders/1frrOseIcRMtBqfYM1QSMZQkEVnzdBcU5OTOMOTO values the car at PLN 33,000-39,000, taking the middle price of PLN 36 000 PLN, I subtract PLN 6,100 for the condition of the car in some places, which needs improvement, which gives 29,900. I have nothing to hide, we can go to the SKP or my mechanic at the buyer's expense, I am selling the car privately under a purchase/sale agreement - I am buying a newer one. I have some items from the previous one owner:* roof beams (without bicycle racks, visible in the photo), the paint is peeling off in places, they are aluminum, so they are even not rusty* plastic shelf dividing the trunk into 2 levels - I didn't use it* some elements replaced by the previous owner, such as the mirror housing* a lot of papers, what was done and when Correct VIN: SHSRE57509U015636 - an error occurred
