Seller's comments about 2016' Mazda CX-5

Note: the car has undergone a periodic inspection at a Mazda Dealership (11/09/2024). It does not require any financial outlays. Recommended activities were carried out, replacement: engine oil, filters, brake fluid. Additionally: replacement of the gasket in the exhaust system when connecting the muffler. In the photos report from this inspection (3 pages). The technical condition was verified, I have recordings of the inspection. Mazda CX-5, 192 HP - probably the best car I have ever used. I hesitated for a long time between the CX-5 and the Tucson. Why CX-5? For the engine! 2.5 liter and 192 horsepower virtuosity of engine construction. Without a turbine and a well-tuned 6-speed automatic. Let's remember that this is the end of 2016 and the drive technology is one that many manufacturers have not yet managed to achieve. And for what I experienced, during and after these 7.5 years of driving, for the finishing and fit of the interior, in which nothing groans, nothing creaks and nothing breaks, except for what we put in ourselves, e.g. chestnuts (my wife ), in fact, I don't know why, whether for health or to help you avoid falling asleep at the wheel. The car was first leased, then it was bought. The advantage is a very good BOSE sound system. Of course, you can connect your phone via Bluetooth (hands-free kit and music from the phone's resources). Also via USB A, with the same functionality. There is also the I-Eloop system, maybe I will quote the explanation: "Mazda's i-ELOOP (Intelligent Energy Loop) system is the world's first energy recovery system based on a supercapacitor, serially used in passenger cars. i- ELOOP belongs to the SKYACTIV range of solutions designed to reduce fuel consumption, emissions of harmful substances and increase driving pleasure. Thanks to its use, average fuel consumption in typical urban conditions is reduced by 10%. I must also mention the cruise control, it is good, and the automatic braking system. (set distance from the vehicle in front) and re-acceleration works very efficiently. The air pressure in the wheels, the basic system, only "senses" a possible drop (difference) and signals it. There are no pressure indications.The front lighting system is very effective.Current wheels: 19" rims and all-season tires as in the photo, installed with a mileage of 104,000 km on May 8, 2024.Spontaneous failures ended on the tow truck: NO.Failures caused by ASO activities: YES. Unsuccessful repair of the rear electric brake caliper resulted in its blockage after 6 km and its return to the authors of the repair. I changed the ASO and the result... Mazda gave me 2 brand new rear calipers (2023). In 2022, I replaced the ASO. battery (ASO), in 2023 left front wishbone (original ASO). Repair of the left electric mirror (ASO). In 2021, the car experienced hailstorms (24/06/2021 and 09/07/2021), "collective" repair at ASO using the PDR method. the car is not re-painted). From the service events, I remember replacing both headlights (self-leveling, they had some defect and Mazda ordered a replacement) and one rear brake caliper. In 2019, the steering wheel was replaced - excessive wear of the coating due to mileage. The car is generally not It was "breaking down", every year I went to the authorized service center for inspection and "something" was replaced according to the schedule.
