THE CAR IS DAMAGED, UNDIAGNOSED.
The car was driven until purchased from us, the fans turn on and run all the time. There is no loss of power or interruption.
The car was purchased as damaged due to the fans and we are selling it the same way. We do not diagnose due to too many service repairs at our point.
