2010' Renault Megane

The car is in a great visual and technical condition, but with an engine fault (description below):
- The car from the showroom - the first owner and the only driver from new
- Dynamic turbocharged engine (130 hp)
- Very well equipped Dynamique version (Renault Hands Free card, radio with Bluetooth and hands-free system, reversing sensors, electric folding mirrors, alloy wheels, spare wheel)
- From the outside, almost perfect condition - only on the hood there are traces of pebbles
- Well-kept interior, no signs of wear
- Low mileage - 159 thousand. km (confirmed, among others, by invoices from ASO)
- Serviced at Renault Dyszkiewicz Dealership - last review in November 2022 (all invoices from new available for inspection)
- Technical inspection valid until July 2023.
- Goodyear EfficientGrip summer tires are mounted on the car, and the added winter set is Continental Wintercontact TS tires
Recently, in addition to all fluids and filters, the following have been changed:
- radiator (01/2023)
- battery (11/2022)
- tie rod ends (at 159,000 km)
- brake pads
- clutch and dual mass flywheel (at 145,000 km)
- rear shock absorber springs (at 140,000 km)
Gross price: PLN 20,500 (PLN 16,666 net + 23% VAT)
- I sell the car on an invoice with 23% VAT, so people buying for a company will be able to deduct the VAT paid
Fault description:
Loss of coolant can be seen during long driving. Replacing the radiator and bleeding the system did not solve the problem, so according to two websites, the cause is a damaged head gasket (a common fault in this version of the engine). It is required to grind the head and replace the head gasket. As it has been my second car for some time and for financial reasons I prefer to sell it cheaper in its current condition than to repair it myself. Thanks to this, the buyer can decide for himself where to repair this defect. Other than that, the car is mechanically sound and runs great.
