I am offering you my private car which is Citroen C5 I FL from 2005. The very popular and reliable 2.0 HDi engine with 136 HP is working under the hood. Importantly - Siemens equipment - practically failure-free compared to delphi installed together with this engine, among others. in Ford or Volvo. At the beginning of this year, the timing with the water pump (Bosch) and the PK belt (Conti), the PK belt tensioner (Dayco) and the boot lid actuators (Stabilus) were replaced, which in this car can cost up to PLN 500 per pair.

The air mixer flaps are also made of things that bother these cars - a popular problem, unfortunately, requiring the entire dashboard to be dismantled. New flaps installed in September 2019, Citroen originals - they will still serve for a few more years - especially that the motors that move them were replaced with the flaps, because the old ones broke down during disassembly.

At the end of 2020, when replacing the brake pads, 2 new calipers were installed on the front, which for a long time solves the problem with the manual seizing, which in this car is on the front axle.

Oil service done 5 thousand. km ago, so another 5-7 thousand. km you can easily ride on what is.

Personally, I did oil services every 10-11 thousand. km. Since the car is in my hands, only Total 5w30 Ineo ECS oil. The car does not require adding oil between oil services.

The car has almost 300,000 mileage and 17 years, the paint is not new anymore, and during this time it has made some tinsmiths proof of its bravery. Nevertheless, the inside is still pleasant, undamaged, and the car itself drives confidently and extremely comfortably thanks to the hydropneumatic suspension, which is in good condition.

Currently, the car is mounted on 16 "alloy wheels and winter tires that will run smoothly in the next winter.

There is one serious drawback that plagues the car - sometimes the clutch is already starting to slip - unfortunately, due to lack of time, I decided that I would not fix it, because recently I still drive my company car anyway, and I only fire the Citroen on weekends "so that it does not stop". The cost of repair is about PLN 1,200 - this is the set (Shield, pressure, bearing) of a branded clutch along with the repair. It does not change the fact that even after 5-6 days of parking, the car does not descend - which only proves that the hydropneumatics is doing well and the engine starts without any problems.

The car can be seen in Kołobrzeg on Friday-Sunday. On other days, I am outside the city and I cannot make the car available for inspection.
