Jeep Cherokee XJ 4.0 in limited PERFORMANCE version for sale
I have had the car for over 11 years and have undergone all the modifications visible in the photos. Modifications and ongoing service of the car were carried out in a well-known workshop specializing in the Jeep brand, Zibi Clinic in Wisła.
The car is in very good mechanical condition. In the spring, it underwent an annual deep mechanical service, which allowed me to participate in the rooster rally without any failures (1.5 thousand km in 4 days). The car was painted in its first paint, reserved for the Performance version (except for two elements: the right door and the front fender). The paint is no longer in the best condition but it shows the originality of the version.
PERFORMANCE version
This is a limited version intended only for Europe, available only in one production year '92. Currently one of the most desired and sought after by brand experts.
The external version was characterized by different sports bumpers, side sills, double exhaust and a unique body color. Inside you will find leather upholstery, leather trim on the dashboard and door panels, a BBS leather sports steering wheel, and wooden trim elements. The interior of the offered car is complete with the Performance version equipment.
Off-road modification range
- Long Arm front suspension +6.5”; rear with Long Arm +6.5" springs and wishbones

Scope of recent mechanical services
- reconstruction of the STAG II generation gas installation (failure-free installation and perfect for use in the field due to the amount of electronics involved),
- front hubs, discs, pads, caliper regeneration,
- internal sealants and front axle, oil change,
- rear oil + LSD additive,
- new water radiator + hoses, thermostat,
- new power steering,
- rollers, belts, pulley,
- front shaft x3, shaft pilot,
- new JBL speakers,
The car is old, so there will be a few minor issues to deal with. Topics to cover:
- central locking, rear window wiper,
- fallen headliner,
- driver's seat is worn - comfortable covers are installed,
- minor spots of surface corrosion (rear door handles), no deep corrosion
- the outside shows signs of use in the field, the paint is scratched, the paint is coming off the hood, roof and hatch,
The car was driven off-road. That's what it was built for. However, it was never drowned. The car has not been seen in the field for 4 years and I am constantly repairing any failures that occur.
Currently, the car is suitable for playing on difficult terrain and, after minor styling changes, as an everyday car and for tourism.
